About this house rental
We invite you to come and discover our house located 30 minutes from Avignon, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail and on the Wine Route in Beaumes de Venise.
On a vast plot of land, in the countryside, you will enjoy our region in complete tranquillity.
The house has all the amenities necessary for a successful holiday: barbecue, pizza oven, plancha, outdoor speakers.
Several terraces to be used at different times of the day replace a beautiful swimming pool secured by an electric steering wheel, with a beach for the youngest or for sunbathing.
The pool is also heated so that it can be enjoyed even in bad weather.
To keep young and old occupied, the garden has a ping pong table and football goals.
A the interior, on the multimedia side, several televisions (Canal+), Wi-Fi access, a hi-fi system with speakers distributed in all the living rooms.
On the kitchen side, a dishwasher, a Nespresso, and an "American" refrigerator (water and ice distribution) are at your disposal.
A linen room with washing machine, dryer and iron will allow you to ensure the unexpected.
The house has four bedrooms upstairs entirely air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed.
You will also find two beautiful bathrooms and a separate toilet.
A small gym is also at your disposal

500 meters from the house, a small river, the Salette, is ideal for trying fishing or cooling off in the running water. Between the house and the center of the village, the Beaumes de Venise cellar will allow you to discover the best wines of the region; you can also discover the famous wine route by continuing on to Vacqueyras and then Gigondas. For your shopping sessions, Carpentras 10 minutes away, Avignon 30 minutes away where you can also attend the various festivals. A 30 minutes from the island on the Sorgues and its famous antique market; you can then continue and discover Fontaine de Vaucluse. 10 minutes from the house, you will find the lake of Monteux where you can practice activities such as pedal boats or paddle boarding and, The Wave (aquatic) and Spirou parks. 3 minutes from the equestrian center offering rides but also 20 minutes from the famous Giant of Provence, Le Mont Ventoux to make magnificent walks in the cool.
