Amazing property! Great location, nicely appointed, tons of space. My family thoroughly enjoyed are time at this property, and the game room was so much fun! I hope to rent this property again.

First, the place and the location were beautiful. The house needs some attention/work in our opinion. Downstairs sheet had a stain. Pillow sham had what looked like drool. The stain did not wash out but drool spot did. One of the bunkbed room sheets also had what looked like a juice spill; it washed out as well. I'm washing bedding? Also, don't look under the beds.The two kayaks and two paddleboards in the pictures turned out to be 1 kayak and 1 paddleboard. The paddleboard had a leak and cold not hold an adult. I was given info by management to rent replacements: 80 for 8 hours a piece for two paddleboards and one kayak. 240 a day at my expense!The umbrella on the dock was missing. I was told it had blown away. I had to set up a 100 canopy; the dock was hot enough to cook an egg. No hose to rinse off after our lake activities. Management did drop one off at front door, but did not ring the door bell or knock. Back porch was not swept, sprayed off, or dusted for cobwebs on furniture. I think the hose has been gone for a while since the house was covered with spider webs.Bottom floor toilet seat was on by one hinge so it moved around when you used it. Both outside trash cans were full and we had 5 days of trash from 12 people in the garage. Paddle boards, kayak, and umbrella would have made it exceptional. Would be nice to get what is pictured. Back yard could also use some upkeep! However, we did not let these issues keep s from having a great family reunion.
