Our charming little cottage is an oasis of peace and relaxation just 100 meters from the sea—ideal for a couple’s vacation, with all the amenities. It is a 35-square-meter standalone unit; as soon as you open the front door, you’ll find the kitchen and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower stall, toilet, sink, and bidet. Inside the house, a spiral staircase leads upstairs to a comfortable double bedroom with a memory foam mattress and pillows, as well as a closet with a full-length clothes rack. Last but not least, the property features a special highlight: a balcony with views of the sea and Mount Etna, complete with a cozy sitting area and coffee table, a green rug, and little green leaves adorning the railing—the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in peace, surrounded by the scent and sound of the sea. Parking is available right in front of the house. Just a short walk from the sea, you can relax on the golden beach, take a stroll along the shoreline, or go for a swim off the cliffs. Whenever you’d like, if you have a car, you can go explore the nightlife in Brucoli, Syracuse, and Catania, and discover the culture of Avola, Noto, and Marzamemi. The house is centrally located in Eastern Sicily, just a few kilometers from the highway exit.
