About this house rental
This is a large 3 Bedroom, 3 bathroom Townhome with a sleeper sofa in the 2nd floor loft in a private community. It will easily accomodate 9 plus 1 (one ) more small child with the portable crib that is available.
There is a pool available and the rear of the property has a pond where you can fish!! There are 4 HD TV's in the unit for your enjoyment and the Master Bathroom has a soaking tub with massaging jets for your relaxation. Quiet safe community, great for walking or biking. You will have access to the rear patio and use of the electric grill for your outdoor enjoyment. Feel free to park in the driveway and there is ample on street parking. You are close to shopping as well as many local resturants, and activities for adults and kids. 30 minutes to Ocean City and 40 min. from Rehoboth, Dewey and other local beaches. Outlet shopping is also close by. You will enjoy coming home to relax here after a day of activities. Delmar is known as the little town too big for one state, as it sits between Maryland and Delaware, right on the line. You'll enjoy having shopping, schools, healthcare, sports activities, parks and dining all within 15 minutes, and a short 30 to 45-minute drive to the Maryland and Delaware beaches. Also Delmar and it's surroundings are popular for youth league softball and baseball championships. This Townhouse is within 10-15 minutes of the diamonds where these games are played. And there are multiple wedding/ celebration venues close by for family celebrations.

Over the past week my family and I enjoyed the genuine hospitality of Miss Jen as well as our stay at this beautiful home. I said home simply because it was just that a home away from home. Miss Jen did not forget anything in this home. She made the simplest things available. Throw blankets, beach towels, games, books and even laundry and dish detergent. There was even a small bluetooth speaker that we were able to use at the pool. This home was so cozy and inviting and the lay out of the house was perfect for family time. Location was great for restaurants, stores, and activities as well as family, which is why we came in the first place. We really enjoyed the pool, but wished we had gone earlier in the week. There was even a pond for catch and release fishing. The host continued to check on us and was easily accessible. I am already planning to stay here next year if not later this year. Thanks for opening up your HOME to us. We definitely appreciate it.

Great property. We were able to get to many locations in a relatively short amount of time. We had a small issue while we were there but it was addressed immediately. The host was wonderful and answered quickly. The property was clean and comfortable.

Worked well for our families 5 day visit for a softball tournament. Kids enjoyed fishing in the ponds. Community pool was basic but nice to have available. The 3 bedrooms would get a bit stuffy at night especially the one without a ceiling fan but we used the provided oscillating fan to help circulate the cool air.
