***Sept. 2025 UPDATE: There is an extensive concrete restoration project ongoing at the building. The project has moved to the south side where this unit is located. Construction on this unit is complete but noise will be heard during working hours of Monday - Friday 7:45 a to 4 pm. Workers on swing stages will be going up and down the building working. Balcony may not be accessible during working hours due to swing stages. Guests will be updated prior to arrival ***
Located on the south end of the 17th floor, there are only 4 units per floor providing a private escape while offering all the amenities of home. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with balcony access and ensuite bath with separate large vanity area, plenty of closet space and storage. There is a bookcase with various reads to enjoy while relaxing in the sun or during those Florida summer showers. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, balcony access, tv and storage. There is a pack n play and umbrella stroller for those guests with little ones. There is also a double sleeper sofa in the living area that can be requested for use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to enjoy a home cooked meal, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, toaster oven with air fry option and guest favorites - waffle maker and Margaritaville drink machine.

Building is on older side but clear care is being given... great N Daytona location close enough to be easy to get to but not overwhelmingly busy. Location (up high!!) Was amazing too. Super responsive and helpful host. Property has everything and then some...

We just finished our visit over the Fourth of July weekend for our daughters’ dance competition.
Jaci was exceptionally punctual and helpful with all of my questions/inquiries on the property as well as other nearby restraunts, activities, etc. The check in process was seamless and made for an easy start to our vacation.
This condo is updated and beautifully decorated for a fun, beach vibe! There was tons of space for my family of 5 to spread out over our week stay and the view is breath taking (especially with the fireworks that happen down by the pier and bandshell).
We loved the easy access to underground parking and direct access to the pool and beach! We will definitely request to stay here for future visits it was a great experience!!

This condo is beautiful. 17th floor views were spectacular. The owners are terrific to work with. We will be back!!
