Conveniently located 1bed, 1bath with a hideabed, directly across from a beautiful park. 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from downtown. Finch Arboretum is in walking distance. across the street is a full basketball court, tennis court and baseball diamond, as well as beautifully maintained kids play quipment. Both Amazon buildings are 10 minutes away. Visitors to Spokane will get their money's worth.

Clean and stocked well enough. Lots of linens. No list of chores! Microwave, no stove. Decent price. Quiet neighborhood. Garden level with inhabited upper floor. Inhabitant is quiet enough and seems to work from home. Very close to downtown so lots of accessibility.
