Great place to stay- friendly host, good location. The only downside was the really strong mold/mildew smell coming up the stairs to the apartment. By the last day the smell was also in the kitchen a bit.

Would stay here again if visiting the area. Worked fine for family with 6 children. Clean rooms, highchair a plus for youngest - good fit. Handy location - above one of the Nauvoo shops, Nauvoo temple only a block away. Convenient parking, Easy access to owner and information - questions answered with quick phone call or text.

The building is old but that is why we chose it. The location can’t be beat. The girls enjoyed seeing the temple out their window when they were falling asleep. Owner was also quick to show up to help us out when I forgot the code to the door and left my phone inside. He was very kind. Would stay again.

This is an older appt. It is well kept and clean just in an old building. I would not have prepared meals in the kitchen. It would just not be convenient.
