Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, it comprises: an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and television;
- a fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, mini-oven);
- a lovely loggia with a sofa bed opening onto a terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pool;
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm);
- a bathroom with a brand new shower and separate toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room.
Access to the residence's shared parking (spaces are not assigned and are not guaranteed).
Additional charges: Tourist tax/electricity during the heating season.
