PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: The Water’s Edge sleeps maximum of four and the maximum number of guests at the cottage is eight.

Three parking spaces are available in the driveway to the left of the cottage. Do not park anywhere else except in the provided spaces.

Guests of the Water's Edge are prohibited from accessing any other neighboring property.

House was in a great location, very clean, stocked with everything needed for a week long stay!

It is spotlessly clean and well equipped with all necessary utensils. There is a well put together booklet with all of the information needed for a successful stay including house rules and expectations. The price per night is about the same as a decent hotel room but the size and amenities are so much nicer. Being only about four blocks from my niece's home makes it convenient. If I or other family members have reason to visit my niece we will look first to see if this location is available.

This Vrbo was perfect for our short stay, clean, and cozy. The owner was always easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. The location was also great, as there were many stores and restaurants near by but not to where it ruined the lake life ambience. We were in town for a wedding at the Myth Golf Course and this Vrbo is only ten minutes away. Beds were soft and the location had everything we needed to make the short trip a success and easy.

Great little gem right on the lake. Newly refurbished with everything you need for your stay. The location is quiet and has a nice view from the living room and deck of a small cove on Lake Orion.

The house is beautifully renovated, clean, equipped with everything you need and everything is top notch from kitchen essentials to sheets! And the lake provides endless fun. I hope to return again. The property was amazing. Brand new. Clean. Tastefully decorated. Full accommendations one would need to entertain. However. I found my needs to be for a more family friendly location so probably won't be booking here again. Perfect spot for those who just want to look at the water in solitude.
