William is a great host. He respond very quickly to questions and clear, easy check-in and check-out instructions. He is very informative about the property. The rental is nicely equipped with all the comforts from home. The unit is clean and comfortable and great for one to two people. I would recommend this rental,

Place was clean, comfortable, well-appointed. We loved the thoughtful extras that made this an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood took a little getting used to but no one bothered us and the central location was hard to beat for access to Lima and surrounding schools. The place itself and William’s excellent communication made it worth the stay. Top marks for William as a host and for how well-laid-out this cozy unit was. Would stay again on our next trip to Lima.

William was amazing to work with. Check in went smoothly. We had needed to extend our stay an extra couple days and William graciously assisted us. Kureg available with pods which was so appreciated!

Communication with the host was great and check in and out seemless. The apartment is pretty bare bones -- which was what I was looking for, as we weren't there to do much but sleep -- and very clean. Walking distance to a lot of cool stuff.
