Duplex house just a 2-minute walk from Foguete Beach. 5 minutes from Arraial do Cabo and 5 minutes from Praia do Forte.

1 suite with a balcony, views of the dunes, and air conditioning;
1 suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean;
1 bedroom with a balcony overlooking the ocean and the dunes;
1 BEDROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR (a unique feature for those who have difficulty climbing stairs);
3 shared bathrooms, including 1 on the first floor, 1 on the 2nd floor, and another outdoor bathroom in the outdoor dining area.
