This new construction home sits across the street from the Rio Grande River! Located 17 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area, Colorado's jewel with the greatest snow, quieter vibe, not pretentious-- go skiing or boarding! this property is dream for outdoor enthusiasts! Guests have river access; bring your toys, hiking boots, fishing poles, kayaks, it's all right here for you! National Forest is just across the way. Rio Grande Club Resort is 3 minutes away, golf in the summer, delicious dining year round! Great Sand Dunes is about 40 minutes away, world class skiing at Wolf Creek only 17 miles. The house itself is exceptional, but the owners are 1000x better. Has slight hiccup in our booking but David and Annie went way above my expectations to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.
I’d give the house and owners 10 stars if I could.
