The apartment is can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is on the 1st floor and leads over an external stair directly in the hallway. The apartment has a balcony with a sea view, which is about 100 meters away. The rooms are divided as follows: Living/bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered terrace with seaview. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed . Kitchen in the living room with dinette, TV, gas stove, electric cooker, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine. In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access . TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Pets are allowed for extra price of 6 €/day , you pay directly to the owner.
