Welcome to Summit Shores, a lush, secluded haven nestled between Lake Harmony and Big Boulder Lake in the beautiful Poconos. Surrounded by towering trees, this retreat offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Overall the place was very spacious and worked really well with my group of friends. The checkin process was easy and the host provided timely checkins. However, the water is extremely metallic and taking showers / washing your hands was not pleasant. The floorboards are uneven on the second floor and one of the chairs was missing a couple of screws so it broke as my friend took a seat. There is a nice view of the lake and the hot tub was great. If this place can make improvements with the water, then I would recommend to others.

We loved the location of this house. One minute drive to Lake Harmony, and lots of restaurant choices in the immediate area. The house was pretty much as depicted in photos. The upstairs living area and deck were perfect for hanging out together. The kitchen is well stocked and user friendly. The backyard (fire pit) was a little bit tough for the youngest and oldest guests because of the boulders. One thing that was unpleasant was the water. I imagine it is well water? Very hard, and very metallic. There was actually a pungent odor in the shower, and we weren't thrilled to bath/wash hair etc. in it. We did appreciate that the owners provided a Brita pitcher for drinking water, but the house probably needs filtration and/or water softener, especially for bathrooms and hot tub. Overall our experience was good!
