Communication before end during check-in was excellent. Property looks just like listing. Very spacious, definitely designed to accommodate multi family members and/or large group. TV, and other AV good condition. we appreciated Home was decorated for Christmas.

The host was very responsive. The home suited our requirements very well. Held a family reunion and celebration of life. Everyone was satisfied with the accommodations the property provided.

We stayed at Casa Uva while visiting family in Farmington and it was perfect. The backyard is set up for kids to enjoy the outside-- pool, putting green, basketball goal, and sandbox. Location is perfect near grocery stores & restaurants. This place had all the amenities and communication was seamless. We will stay here every time we make it to Farmington
