When I 1st reserved this location I was under the assumption that it was a house. Only after I reserved a nonrefundable reservation did I find out it was a house that had been converted into apartments. I usually choose houses as we are a large group and do not want to worry about disturbing others as we can make some noise with our little ones.Because of the house being split into units it made things a little confusing/frustrating at times. We of course went to the wrong unit to start with and interrupted someone else, which was embarrassing. One morning, several people walked right by the window that was next to the one bed, which was uncomfortable. The biggest issue that we had was that someone in one of the adjoining units must have been smoking Marijuana because every morning the bathroom reeked of it.For the most part, the pictures are pretty accurate, but I think the parking situation could be explained a little better as well. In the pictures it shows a 2 stall garage door and says parking available. Again, with a large group, we usually have 2 to 3 cars, so I look at that when picking a house. After booking, I found out that you only get 1 spot. There is additional parking on the street and back in some lot where some work vehicles parked but of course other than our 1st night there was never easy spots to park. We did have other issues but we chose not to reach out to the host but they had great communication.

This place was disgusting. To start off when we arrived the cleaning lady was cleaning for supposed 7 1/2 hours and took an extra 30 minutes after we were supposed to check in to keep cleaning before she would let us into the house. As we went through the house, we discovered that literally everything was still disgusting, sheets had crumbs, and stains, unwashed from the previous renters, mysterious substance dripping down the side of the fridge, the backyard looks nothing like the pictures, the “bike amenities” stated in the listing is dirty toddler bikes. The washing machine machines in the back are also filthy, and the detergent was left with the cap open when they’re outside again disgusting. Then we also found a diaper behind the couch like what was the cleaning lady doing for 7 1/2 hours if there’s a diaper still behind the couch like not moving things??? bring house shoes because even though she just “mopped” the house when you get here it’s still filthy and there’s dirt and sand and grime all over it so your socks are gonna turn black. Then it was kind of hot so we were gonna turn the AC a little colder and then we looked in the AC unit and there is black mold growing all over it inside. And then we’re not even at the kicker yet, we started smelling a strong weed smell from the bathroom connected to the big bedroom and it turns out that there is some man that we were not told about living in the garage. And the roof leaks all over you while sleeping, dirty water. :)!
