Guests will be contacted by Epic Costa Rica Tour Concierge Team soon after your reservation is confirmed.
They will work directly with you to line up your transportation (rental car, private shuttle, etc) and all of your tours and excursions. They will also be able to make dinner reservations for you and even have food delivered to the house prior to your arrival (restrictions may apply).
During your stay, a group chat will be set up and our team of experts and property managers will be available from 8 am - 6 pm daily.
This private home is located in the gated community of 'Costa Montaña Estates'. Costa Montaña Estates is a gated community, with 24-hour security and paved roads throughout - which is a rarity in Costa Rica.
The private Montana Estates community is situated on 255 acres in the mountains above the Tarcolitos River. Only minutes from the property are a variety of tropical beaches located in the Tarcoles area and the beautiful nature reserves of Cara National Park and Punta Leona. Approximately 15 minutes away is the luxurious Los Sueños Resort where you will discover a world class marina, an 18 hole golf course, a spa, casino and several fine dining options.
This Costa Rican vacation villa is inside a gated community and identification is required to enter 24 hours per day.

Our group of nine people had one of the most fantastic vacations ever! The home is beautiful with spectacular views. Gary (our concierge) was awesome! He took care of arranging everything we did-from car rental to dinner reservations to all excursions (lots of them)!!! Thanks you for everything and we look forward to visiting again. Pura Vida!

House was great. More than we needed but it's was great haveming the extra space. The views were amazing. Concierge was helpful. Was just disappointed that the pictures didn't match the landscaping. The landscaping was not managed and everything was dead. They back yard also had empty beer cans, pool equipment and full trash bags from pervious renters that were never cleaned up. The plastic pool cups were all full of mold and water. Besides that the house was clean and tidy

The location is unbeatable. Steep drive up the mountain estates yields all the benefits. The view is unmatched. It sits in the middle of the rainforest near Tarcoles and has so much wildlife around it, we were astounded! A Tayra right next to the swimming pool one morning (a rare site for mammal lovers), many red macaws flying around the house all the time, toucan, a bird watcher's dream! All the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Our group was well taken care of by Osa Property Management from beginning to end. Near Jaco for grocery runs if necessary. Great location for daily outings of all kinds. Super bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and common area! Laundry facilities, so we could reuse clothing and not pack as much. I can't stop raving about Casa Majestica. My best experience in Central America to date!
