Location is perfect for downtown access, parking on weekend was free which was a great amenity. Apartment could use some updates, it lacks airflow and a fan would be nice. Due to being on ground level, having windows open is not an option. Accessing keys to place we had trouble with lockbox but communication was great to get this resolved. Says on the listing checkout is at 11 am. But the last night I received a message saying to be checked out by 10 am. Could communicate rules better. Cleanliness was an issue, when we arrived floors were sticky and the apartment had an odor. Bedding was provided but the pillows provided were brown/stained.
