Conveniently located and the unit was in good condition. A perfect choice for a quick trip to the beach. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if there is better access to clothes washers and dryers. None in the unit and several of the buildings communal units were out of order.
This was not a problem for us as we were only there for a few days, but with beach gear, it would be hard for a week long stay.

The condo was nice and right on the beach with a great ocean view. We really had fun.
The only negative was the bath tub. It was rusted and it did not drain well at all. The shower head was SO strong that it felt like a million little needles ripping your skin off. Did not like that. Also, the curtain as dark so you couldn’t see very well.
