Go to Dollywood Theme Park or Splash Country Water Park. There are almost Endless Opportunities for Entertainment. Groceries are Available Nearby just a Mile away at Walmart or Kroger.
We are just over a mile from the New Convention Center & The Island. It is just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Only one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.
We have Many Restaurants to choose from and several in Walking Distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters: Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.
Our condo is on the 1st floor and offers easy access for wheelchairs. The condo can be accessed by a wheelchair. The bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.
Sorry, No Smoking inside and No Pets per the condo policy. Under the HOA, trailer parking is not allowed.

One of the best experiences I’ve had staying in a VRBO. The host was very friendly and also supplied complimentary skincare products in each bathroom! Congo was nicely decorated and best of all…on the first floor!!! Def recommend to those with mobility issues.

Brown towels and washcloths big turn off floors haven’t been mopped for awhile my brand new socks where brown walking around bed
