The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The 10th arrondissement seduces as much by its lively and colourful side as by its historical heritage. Indeed, one reaches these places through the famous Porte Saint-Denis, a triumphal arch with sumptuous bas-reliefs built in 1672 to the glory of the Sun King, Louis XIV. As you stroll through the district streets, you will discover a lively, trendy and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You will be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants, and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.
Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage or the passage of Desire. If you want to discover the city differently, tour the Brady Passage to take advantage of the many Indian and Pakistani signs. Don't miss also the unusual view of the most miniature house in Paris, at n°39 rue du Château d'Eau. Children and adults alike will love the Manoir de Paris, a "haunted house" in a former earthenware factory.

Great location, walking distance to the Metro, shopping and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. However, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in...terrible mattress, and there is not enough hot water for 2 people to take a shower.... we would have to wait 20/30 minutes in between showers in order to have hot water. Everything else was great.

Great apartment in a fabulous location. A true local neighborhood just a short walk or metro ride from everything Paris has to offer. Plenty of shops, markets, bistros, etc. within steps of the front door. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very nice. It was spotless when I arrived. Be aware that it is a four floor walk up. Not a problem if you don’t have any mobility issues. Oddly there was no television. The wifi was excellent. However the managers did not provide the correct network name and password. It was problematic for a day. The managers were very good in straightening out the situation. The street was very quiet with easy access to the métro. I would return to this apartment.
