Agliardi House at the Vatican

This is an excellent location for exploring and enjoying Rome. Located in a residential neighborhood just minutes from St Peter's, shops, cafes and bus stops that run every 15 minutes. We took the bus to Termini Station, Coliseum, Piazza Navona etc.... there is a luggage storage in several of the shops around the corner. There is a supermarket a few yards away as well as the San Pietro train station. The apartment itself is ample, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Each room has its own A/C unit as Rome can get very hot during the summer. Washer for laundry and a drying rack. The bathrooms are modern and the showers have great water pressure. Soaps, blow dryers, plenty of towels and paper goods are provided. The bedrooms have plenty of hangers and shelves for storage. There is a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware etc..Very good WIFI and lots of printed information for use. The apartment is on the third flood and there is an elevator which we used a lot. The apartment building is securely locked and in a very safe and quiet area. The host, Francesca is delightful and very easy to communicate with. She met us at the apartment, gave us a thorough walk-thru and was available during our stay for any questions. She speaks good English and gave us ideas of what to do and where to go.I would highly recommend Agliardi House and if I'm in Rome again I will definitely stay there again.

rancesca was a wonderful host: warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The accommodations were spotless and extremely convenient, just a short walk from both the train station and the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is filled with great dining options, so you’ll never run out of places to try. And if you’re craving a hearty burger paired with a good beer, McQueen is only a few steps away. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay for comfort, convenience, and great local flavor.
