We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We stayed a month at Beach Bayou to escape winter and visit our daughter. This property was a short distance from her house and was perfect in that regard. House was very clean and comfortable. A few minor essentials missing or broken. Bikes removed one week into stay. Quiet residential area. Not close to beaches

We had a great vacation in Santa Rosa!
My only thoughts are:
1. Wish the location was on other side of Hwy 98. (Closer to beach).
2. House was so nice and cute. Comfy beds.
3. Would recommend adding some kitchen hand towels and pot holders to kitchen. I had to use a bath towel to remove dinner from oven. Not a big deal but a simple add of them would be helpful.
4. Loved the golf cart and bikes..(even though we couldnt all go on a ride together since we are a family of 5 and there were only 4 bikes. But we took turns.
5. Overall, everything was wonderful.

The house was very accurate to the online listing and overall was in good condition. The location was good and the amenities were appreciated. The check in process was simple but overall communication could be better.
