Trinchettina is a three-level house with a private terrace overlooking the sea, located in the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The accommodation is about 600 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 400 m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi.
You can reach Trinchettina through a small alley of Piazza San Benedetto, in the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare and few steps from the main points of interest.
A small door opens onto a staircase that leads to the first floor. Before going up, the first double bedroom is located on the ground floor on the left. The bedroom has a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor we find the living area with a living room equipped with table and chairs and an equipped kitchen, with fridge, gas burners, oven and sink. We also find a bright window overlooking the alley of the historic center.
Another staircase leads to the second floor where we find the second double bedroom. Also on this level there is a bright window and a bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and washing machine.
On the right of the room, a door leads to the panoramic terrace with sea view equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, perfect to enjoy summer evenings in total relaxation.
In the road leading to the house there is a feline colony.
