1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Thank you VCASA for a wonderful Fourth of July weekend. Pool and spa were fabulous and my grandchildren enjoyed themselves! We bbqued, read books, played games, went to dinner and shopping it was a wonderful adventure and all bedding were extremely comfortable. No bugs, no bees and anything else that flies! Thank you again for this beautiful experience!

Had a day of wind prior to arrival. Pool was not spectacular. One phone call fixed that. Sometimes mother nature doesn't cooperate. Great place for golfers. The four of us had a great experience and would stay there again without question. Everything you need

The house was ok in itself, but somethings need to be addressed. No extra blankets or pillows in any of the bedrooms. Getting into the house was difficult, since our code didn't work. Also, need to have some written instructions for the workings of TV's, appliances, etc. Could not find anything in the house.
