Cozy Studio with King Size bed in Providenciales

We stayed at unit C. The place consist of several (maybe around 13) units each having their own entrance. Both Hazel and Sophie were very welcoming throughout our stay. The accomodation is very close to the airport (10mins) and centrally located on the island, making it easy to go to several different beaches all around the island (rental car is a must and it is surprisingly affordable ~$350 for seven days including taxes and insurance for a small (old fiat lookalike) Mazda). It is also only 7-8mins to Graceway (full scale grocery store), but of course with island prices ! Our unit was very clean, small but very efficient. It consisted of a living area with bed, tv, a small table and two chairs, a dresser, shower/toilet separated by a door and a kitchen again seperated with a door with pretty much all the amenities one can reasonably expect. In terms of outside lounging area wise it wasn’t much but anyways we were looking for a clean place where we could eat our breakfast go out to enjoy the island and come back to rest at the end of the day and this small but efficiently cute unit coupled with Hazel and Sophie’s hospitality served that purpose. This place was perfect, great location and hosts responsive and accommodating!

The host was very friendly and responsive, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself left a lot to be desired. There was a lovely gazebo outside, but it had mattresses stored underneath, and the outdoor chairs were mismatched, old, and dirty. As a result, there really wasn’t anywhere comfortable to sit outside—which mattered since my room had no windows. A simple screen door would make a big difference, allowing guests to leave the front door open for light and fresh air. There was also a water feature with a well and basin, which could have been a nice touch, but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Inside, the room was comfortable, but I now understand why there were no photos of the exterior in the listing. Overall, this was my least favorite rental in Turks and Caicos.
