You will receive 50 kWh of electricity per night of your stay.
The electricity meter will be photographed close to check-in and photographed again just after checkout. The difference in kWh is calculated and any overages are billed at 18 peso per kWh. Payment for overages can be made in cash (USD or Peso) in-person or through Airbnb with a $7 USD bank handling fee.
The best way to save on electricity is to turn off the air conditioners when you’re not in the room or when you leave the villa. The space cools down quickly when you return—usually in just a minute or two—and this simple habit can make a big difference in reducing your electricity costs.
Additionally, the pool pump consumes a significant amount of power. You are welcome to use it whenever you wish, but we recommend turning it off once you’re finished, as it draws a high number of kilowatt hours and can noticeably increase your electricity costs during your stay
Also, the plumbing system in the Dominican Republic can not handle toilet paper and other items. Please use the garbage reciprocals in the bathrooms. Toilet clogs requiring a plumber will have a MINIMUM charge of $3,000 peso and it will be the responsibility of the guest.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa or casitas and near open doors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please keep doors closed while smoking to prevent smoke from entering the property.
Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning, out of consideration for our neighbours.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. The property is intended for peaceful stays, and disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the property.
Your stay includes 40 kWh of electricity per night. Any usage above the included amount will be charged at 17 DOP per kWh and is payable at checkout. Payment can be made in USD, DOP, or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 5.5% processing charge.
Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. Air conditioners and pool pumps are major power draws. To help conserve energy and keep electricity usage within the included allowance, we recommend turning off air conditioners when leaving the property or when a room will be unoccupied for more than 30 minutes. The air conditioners are very efficient and can cool the rooms again within just a few minutes after being turned back on.
Check out is at 10:00 AM. At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated garbage bins and ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off before departing. Late checkouts must be approved in advance and may incur an additional charge.
