House was very nice, very clean, tastefully decorated and as shown on profile pics. In a resort but no access to amenities like water park, golf course or park shuttles.
Some issues with instructions and communication which created minor inconveniences.
Minor maintenance issues like cable service not working for first 2 days then when restored issues with TVs and remotes. Fridge needed new filter.
Only one bath and hand towel per guest so doing laundry daily from arrival.
Lastly, host fees were the worst I have experienced and I still cannot justify some of them.
All in all a good house but fees, maintenance and instructions/ communications could be better.
