Recently renovated, this house with a unique decoration has been designed to accommodate a large family, several families with children, a group of friends... In all, 13 people will be able to enjoy this original and charming place. There are 6 rooms with different decoration and 4 bathrooms with toilets which also allow you to have your share of privacy. The house has 2 floors each with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are very spacious. The double beds are for 2 of them 160/190 as well as a king size of 180/200. A nice patio will allow you to meet outside for a festive barbecue. Outdoor and indoor games are also available. Pets are allowed.
The kitchen is fully equipped. hob, oven, microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher. and all utensils. For breakfast, coffee maker, capsule machine, kettle, toaster.
The house is located in a village of the Corbières on the Cathar trail. a listed ruin stands proudly in the center.
You are 25 minutes from the sea, the African reserve of Sigean, Narbonne. 50 minutes from the castle of Peyrepertuse or that of Quéribus as well as 1 hour from Perpignan and Spain .
The village bakery is 50m away. On Wednesdays you can quickly access the open-air market installed on the other side of the bridge.
There are 2 restaurants in the town; Chez Prano and Le petit Gourmand. A takeaway pizzeria 2 steps from the bakery, a fast food restaurant is 2 minutes next to the tobacconist/newsagent.
Opposite the house, on the other side of the river, you will find a wooded esplanade to play petanque with wood barbecues and picnic area. Next to a fenced park with children's games. The municipal swimming pool is 200m away. In front of the bar restaurant "Chez Prano", a U supermarket and a laundromat block.
Gilles Gougeon's three-starred restaurant, the Auberge du Vieux Puits, in Fonjoncouse, is 1/2 hour away.
