1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Parking spaces in the street. Electric heating. Heating package of 30 €/week from October to May. Terrace furniture and barbecue. Good condition (maintenance and painting). Terraced house on one side.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra charge for animals (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.
