Large, high-ceilinged space well-appointed with comfortable off-white sofas and armchairs with sage-green cushions. Wide, arched French doors open on three sides to let in sunlight and the ocean breeze. Opens onto the terrace, pool and ocean view on one side, and onto the interior garden and fountain on the other. Perfect for entertaining, with an audiophile-quality sound system that fills the room with music. Attractive decorative touches and antiques, and two Oscar de la Renta stone tables for dining.
OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA
Extending from the outside the wide doors of the living room to the dining area adjacent to the kitchen, the terrace offers a shaded place for meals, entertaining, or just relaxing with a book. Magnificent views of Marigot Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen. Electric oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, centrifuge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle, toaster. Oscar de la Renta dining table on the covered terrace. Inside dining table in the great living-room.

King size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, HD-TV, dish network, safe, dressing room. Ensuite bathroom with indoor & outdoor showers, hair dryer, towels and beach towels. The bedroom opens onto the Garden.
