It is a house that near the river. About 30-40 mins walk from Kyoto station with luggage. The house is spacious, with kitchen, washing machine, heat and bath. It is very clean, and close to subway station and grocery store. You can cook simple food in there.

We loved our stay. Great location. Close to attractions and train station. House layout was great and cozy. We definitely want to come back again.
