Perched cliffside just above the coast, Villa La Marina is a striking property located in the Kissasmos resort in Crete, Greece. Known for its ancient treasures and historical sites of interest, this villa is set among Crete’s natural rugged landscape, nearby to the island top attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafés.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this villa provides accommodation for up to six guests. This property also showcases an open plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. Equipped with modern appliances and essential equipment, including a flat screen TV and coffee machine, Villa La Marina has everything you will need for a comfortable and a relaxing holiday.
Outside, the private swimming pool is framed by sun loungers and umbrellas alongside a four-poster bed ideal for getting cosy with book while soaking up the sun. Under the shaded pergola, you will find an alfresco dining area where you can prepare and cook meals on the barbeque.
For your convenience, Villa La Marina also provides Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Please note, this villa sits in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 220cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is a mixture of tiles, artificial grass and stones. Overall it's fairly flat, open-plan and spacious. The pool itself has step access. The pool is slightly raised by a few cm, as can be seen in the images. Inside, the ground floor master bedroom and shower room doors are 70cm wide. There are 11 steps to the twin bedroom.
