The staffs are very nice no problem with checking in, inly problem I had was why were there no microwave in the rooms we had a three bedroom suite we had to keep calling for the iron and the iron board. There’s no plates there’s no fork. What’s the purpose of having a stove with no utilities to use or what’s the purpose of having a kitchen?

The staff was courteous. Thao, at the front desk, went out of her way to recommend places of interest to us. The lifeguard saw that I had forgotten my swim goggles and provided me with goggles - which was very thoughtful of him.
