Private: well-kept garden 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (16 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, boules, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: sauna, fitness room, hot tub, table football. Available: bicycles (2).
