    For the price it’s decent. Rooms are comfy, reasonably spacious and clean. Water pressure was great and heater works well. The only downsides are 1) staff aren’t friendly or helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was manning the front desk… not a single person, there was no bell and nobody I could call either. Finally someone came after I waited about 30 minutes 2) rooms are not sound proof, you’ll definitely hear a little bit of street noise and people along the halls. 3) refrigerator wasn’t working, kinda strange but everything else worked fine, it wasn’t a dealbreaker… Ultimately for the price and its location, it’s rather decent. Free breakfast too!! Beds were super comfortable and AC worked really well. Will definitely return again.

    Receptionist may not be good in English depending on who is in charge. But a guy helped me book a taxi to ninh binh. Nice housekeeping, good cleanliness. The biggest con is the bad soundproofing, especially that of the main door. I had to sleep in the morning, but I woke up every morning due to the constant banging of the doors. The streets outside when late tend to be quite scary and feel unsafe, but all is well if you take a grab to and fro. The convenience stall located just a few steps away is really useful. I think if you follow a regular sleep schedule of waking up in the morning, it is not that bad. But wun recommend if you have stuff till late at night. The heater/water flow worked well. Air con too. Mattress felt abit hard for me but still comfortable enough to sleep. Netflix is working if you can log in with ur account.

    This hotel is not far from the center around 10-15 min by motet bike. This place is safe and clean. They have a Vietnamese breakfast until 9 am. Nearby the hotel has the mart, restaurant, and coffee shop!
