The rooms are so well equipped with everything you would need for a beachside holiday. Perfect location. Loved the beach bags, towels, and slippers provided. Pao is an excellent host, so welcoming and kind.

Wonderful place! Great location, literally a one minute walk to the beach. You got a free breakfast and a discount to another beachfront bar everyday. The room was spacious with a good TV. The decor was beautiful and on theme. The staff were very friendly and on hand whenever you had a question, and did a good job cleaning the room everyday. The bathroom was a wet room which was needed to help clean off the sand from the beach. The room had a lot of extra items like towel, sandals, an umbrella - anything you'd need for the beach, which was great for being on holiday if you left anything at home. The bed had six pillows and was quite comfortable as long as you avoid getting sand on there.

Great location. Superb facilities. Nice and quiet at night. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great amenities in the room. We had a fantastic stay and I would stay here again when visiting Koh samet. Thank you so much!

The room are nice, the staff is very nice and the location is very convenient but the pictures on booking are misleading. The pictures of the bar/restaurant are of a place underneath the hotel not part of it. There is only a 10% discount at that bar which has not been notified to us. The breakfast pictures are of that place and you’ll need to purchase separately as it is not the breakfast on offer. The breakfast on offer is at another venue on the beach relatively close but there is only one option: fried eggs, fruit (a small plate) and a sausage with slice of bacon, one orange juice and bread and butter. We only had it the first day and then have breakfast elsewhere.

The toilet is very basic and when taking a shower (which you will need to hold) you’ll wet the entire bathroom and toilet. The breakfast is disappointing. The rooms are on a corridor which is almost always attended by the staff (very secure but not enough privacy) the windows goes on that corridor, for the first room also on a balcony overlooking the main road where it’s possible to smoke. The property is definitely overpriced for what it is as we got for less an entire bungalow with private beach nearby just once we left.
