    The room where we stayed is decent, looks renovated compared to the previous photos in the reviews of other guests. But there's a foul smell in the shower room. We just closed it all night. Yes, facilities are old and very different from their postings in agoda. Based on the what we experienced, they are not short-staffed considering that there were around 300 guests who stayed overnight- as per one of the staff. However, their policies on availability of front desk, food, amenities, and staff during certain hours is very unlikely for a resort. We did not avail breakfast in our booking and when we tried to order coffee in the morning, we were not accommodated even if we are willing to pay for it. We also intended to check out early because we dont have any food. But since we still have unpaid balance to settle, we have to wait for the front desk to open. Their front desk starts at 7am and we still have to wait further because no one in front desk is available and they arrived late. Pros: The guard near the FD is helpful as well as the gentleman- which i think is responsible in the maintenance or Engg dept (not sure). Their agent also gave us around Php 300 discount for the addtl pax booking we add.

    One thing I enjoyed much here was the outdoor activities. I would love to go back here if I wanted a breath from the city. We went on weekdays that’s why there are few guests but they warmly welcomed us and accommodate us. I love that you can go all over the place just by walking but they can give you a jeepney ride going to the accommodation. You can see on my strava that we enjoyed much and took us more time to embrace and explore the place just by walking, we also took pictures. I just hope they took more care of their horses. Though, they have many things going around like maintenance and constructions, we enjoyed so much and their staff are very welcoming. We wanna go back to experience more of their water and dry activities.

    Rooms are old and not so nice. Mess hall is not presentable, it’s like eating in a canteen vibe. CRs floor tends to flood with water. Recreational activities were fun and safe. We were served with breakfast food pack while other guests were on a buffet. Overall rating 5/10.
