    We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The value for money is exceptional! Room was basic and generally clean with very fast internet. Good shower. Japanese style toilet. Bed comfortable. Spacious rooms. It is close to the Chihkan heritage area - easy to walk everywhere. Lots of 7-11, family mart and restaurants on area. Next door is a brilliant restaurant open 7-3pm called IAM Oz Brunch. Did fabulous breakfast, brunch or lunch. Definitely recommend! If you are on a budget and travelling in the area, we would recommend this hotel.

    Room is huge, location is great. However, the cleaning is quite lacking. Amenities in the room are poor. After COVID, you would expect at least hand soap in the washroom, but no hand soap. You have to get the soap from the shower stand everytime you want to clean your hands. Very little place to put you stuff. Unless you don't mind leaving your stuff on the ground. Despite the room is huge, there are definitely ways to make it more comfortable for guests. But that's unfortunately lacking as well. The cleaning as mentioned also lacking. They do not vacuum the room on cleaning day. I've stayed in various cities during this trip to Taiwan, but this hotel in particular is worst. We came back to the hotel seeing dirt and hairs on the floor. Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay for us, therefore, I wouldn't recommend this to my friends or family.
