    Nice room except that its on 2nd level and need to lug the luggage up 2nd floor. Only if you are driving. Otherwise this place is difficult to find

    This hotel even I read review there is no staff, only the tablet at the reception, but when I arrived, there is a staff who explained to me where to go, where should I park and how to check-in. So checking in and parked our car was smooth. Then comes the best part. I booked for deluxe room which have 1 semi double bed and 1 single bed, but when I arrived, there was an extra semi double bed. So we slept comfortably. The only downside is that the bidet was not working and the shower head came off when the water pressure too high. But it wasnt big deal for us, so I still recommend this hotel.

    couldn’t comment on staff as we saw no one. Contactless check in was very hard to find. Room had hot plate and sink but no plates, cutlery, cleaning equipment etc. We were the only ones staying in the whole complex the first night, second night only one other.

    Hotel was somewhat clean besides some peeling wallpaper and stains on curtains. Lots of amenities and rooftop onsen was great but kind of small. Personal parking spots were also convenient. But the biggest problem was the amount of spiders. There were spiders all around the car park and found a couple in our room that I had to get rid of before my wife found them first.
