    This hotel even I read review there is no staff, only the tablet at the reception, but when I arrived, there is a staff who explained to me where to go, where should I park and how to check-in. So checking in and parked our car was smooth. Then comes the best part. I booked for deluxe room which have 1 semi double bed and 1 single bed, but when I arrived, there was an extra semi double bed. So we slept comfortably. The only downside is that the bidet was not working and the shower head came off when the water pressure too high. But it wasnt big deal for us, so I still recommend this hotel.

    couldn’t comment on staff as we saw no one. Contactless check in was very hard to find. Room had hot plate and sink but no plates, cutlery, cleaning equipment etc. We were the only ones staying in the whole complex the first night, second night only one other.

    This hotel was far more than our expectations. No problem to arrive late at night. This place is clean, quited, with onsen on rooftop. I will return here for sure if I have a chance to visit this city again.

    Signs are not so clear as to where to checkin. Carpark for each room is stated on the ground and not so obvious especially when it’s dark. Door height to the room and to the toilet are too low and tall residents need to be careful. There are no hooks or space in the toilet to place the bath towels except for one behind the door. Hangers are not suitable to hang towels.
