just off the motorway so if you heading south its somewhere to sleep and rest its cheap to stay, decent breakfast for under 7 euro . Quiet room so I really cant complain at the price would stay again if heading that way

The customer service is horrible, even though the hotel itself is decent, clean, and close to nearby amenities. But the customer service is terrible. The person in charge of reception, downstairs at the entrance, a tall, somewhat heavyset Black person, was unbearable. It felt like he was doing the clients a favor by working there, even though he was being paid for it. He responded to customer requests with a sulky attitude and without even a smile. It's shameful and pathetic for someone working in a customer-facing role. You should fire this person. They are not fit to work in tourism.

Cheap and cheerful hotel. Bed comfortable. Lady on reception very friendly and efficient. Breakfast a bit chaotic as the same lady had to find out what you wanted then physically put the items in a take out bag. Quite a queue but as we weren't in any rush no great problem.

No auto check in, reception closed, receptionist on the missing list and the phone number provided was incorrect or not working at the time. Luckily Hotels.com managed to raise someone (though with hindsight I wish they hadn’t) and I eventually got to a poor room that had not been cleaned properly and not all the services were working. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel was cute, it was very close to Futuroscope, we slept relatively ok, however there was a funny smell that lingered in the room from someone that was there before or a cleaning product, I am not sure. Other than that, everything was good. Breakfast was pleasing and we enjoyed it, it tasted good and was a very good price.

Very comfortable. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with hot bacon and eggs. A few cheeses snd maybe ham would have been nice but plenty different breads and yogurts
