The staff were super helpful and responsive. Room was nicely designed with cute details. The pool was nice and plants were beautiful, very relaxing atmosphere outside.
We were expecting a more luxurious feeling based from pictures and the price. The room was dirty, the floors were sticky, bed sheets and towels had visible stains and looked old. Our towels were not changed during our 5 night stay even though they were visibly dirty (from the floor swiping). The restaurants were mediocre for their price.

The pool is cold, best used when it is very hot outside.
