La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco e l' aria condizionata funziona perfettamente. La proprietaria si è resa disponibile ad un supporto in una criticità che abbiamo avuto.

Il parcheggio auto interno era sempre pieno e sono riuscito solo un paio di volte ad utilizzarlo. Il vicino quando chiude la porta sembra ti stia entrando in casa. Inoltre al mare a piedi essendo salita ci vogliono almeno 45 minuti. Secondo me si può migliorare con wifi e tappetino doccia in bagno.
