Appartamento Residence Mimose - con parcheggio e Terrazza vicino al mare

Comfortable and quiet

No windows, just balcony door. You have to close it at night since the apartment is at ground level.

A very good place to stay in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment was clean, well equipped, well maintained and comfortable. A major advantage for us was the spacious ground-floor terrace, over 20 m², north-facing, shaded and cool, with trees nearby. The parking area is close to the apartment, which is very convenient. The location is also suitable for visiting Venice: it is approximately 30 km from Punta Sabbioni, where you can take the vaporetto to Venice. The only inconvenience was the access system. The entry code is quite long, and some of the keypad buttons did not always respond properly, so we sometimes had to try several times to get in or out. Apart from that, everything was very good: clean, quiet, well equipped and in a pleasant area. For us, it was a 10 out of 10 stay.

Appartamento ben organizzato e attrezzato. Ampio terrazzino piano terra molto comodo.

Niente in particolare

Good location, spacious apartment with a terrace, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer

I did not like that the terrace is under video surveillance. In the description it says “outdoor area,” but for me a terrace is not the same as an outdoor area. I raised this issue as a complaint. The landlord’s responses were very inappropriate, unprofessional, and even rude. The apartment itself could use a bit more attention to detail (for example, dish towels, washcloths, etc.). It also could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
