Lokacija, uslužnost osoblja, stan je dovoljno udoban za 3 osobe.
Posuđe je bilo neadkvatno oprano, a deterdžent za pranje suđa razvodnjen. Isto tako i gel za tuširanje (bolje ga ne ponuditi nego ga razvodniti). Dvije jastučnice su imale crne mrlje po sebi. Stan nije usisan, a u kupaoni je bilo tragova paste za zube od prošlih gostiju u umivaoniku. Ostavljene su nam samo dvije role toaletnog papira.
