It's a new apartment in a new building. Nice and polished, and with shelter room. The apartment itself has a very good potential. The owner is very polite and communicative on the phone. There is a market 3 min walk from the apartment, and we learned where to park nearby to have minimal walk to the apartment and mostly it worked.

Being nice and polished, it's extremely basic. The owner is available only on the phone and doesn't service the apartment, so you can't ask for anything - it just won't happen, even if the ask is for a drying rack that costs 50 ILS tops. The service of the apartment is bad - towels and bed sheets can be left for days in the dryer until they stink, the apparel covers only the very basic needs - to the point where there isn't even a place to hang 4 towels and no hanger for a toilet paper in the bathroom, only one chair on the balcony, only one non fitting lid for all the pots, no place to hang clothes at all, everything is just thrown into a dryer (in Eilat!!).. You get the picture. Judging by the previous comments, this isn't a one time mishap, but a pattern. To make the potential come to life, the owner needs to imagine a family of 4 living in this apartment for a week, and all their needs. And in the meantime, this is the first time when I leave a low grade for such a good looking apartment, and it's a real pity. I really hope the owner will improve things.

לדירה יש פוטנציאל טוב מאוד, הבעיה היא שכל הריהוט בבית ברמה מאוד מאוד נמוכה. המיטות הן מיטות סטודנט, כריות הכי פשוטות, מזרנים של 300 שקל, ספה בסלון שהיא כל כך ישנה ולא נוחה, וחבל כי יש פוטנציאל. גם הארונות בחדרים זו בושה וחרפה, מגירות עם חורים, וארון שנראה עלוב ליד לוקר בבית ספר. מציע לכם להשקיע קצת בריהוט נורמלי, לא צריך משהו יקר, אבל שיכבד את האורחים שלכם. תעשו את זה, אל תתקמצנו, ותקבלו ציונים יותר גבוהים שיביאו לכם יותר הזמנות.

Всё было хорошо? Пара плюс двое детей. Всё чистенько аккуратненько. Рядом есть супермаркет. Даже с парковкой не было проблем всегда находил.

Мне понравилось что была электрическая плита, стиральная машинка и сушилка. Понравилось что в квартире есть балкон на котором можно сидеть вечером.

Недостаточно чисто. Недостаточно посуды для приготовления еды. Холодильник был грязный. Мы не увидели чистых полотенец на кровати, мы нашли их в сушилке что было странно и не понятно чистые ли они вообще. За холодильником никто не мыл, за холодильником были волосы и грязь. Диван был грязный, подушки на стульях были грязные. В душе не было крючков для полотенец. В шкафу были дырки. В квартире не было фена для сушки волос. Парковка от дома была далеко.
