Nie spodziewaliśmy się, że to miejsce zrobi na nas aż takie wrażenie i jesteśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni! 🥰 Idealne miejsce dla osób, które chcą odpocząć od codziennego zgiełku, cieszyć się ciszą, spokojem i piękną naturą. Luxury retreat with beautiful views all the way to Albania. We loved the view, pool, quietness and raw beauty of the area. Anett and Hendrik are lovely hosts, very helpful and informative. Whilst we could have stayed here and relaxed all day, we did mix it up a bit, see list below. Only do Ulcinj Salina bird watching if you rent a scooter, the place is huge with little shade. Situated in the warm Mediterranean climate of Velje Selo, small rural village situated in the Bar Municipality on the slopes of Mount Lisinj. Velje Selo is positioned within the historical Mrkojevići tribal region, an area characterized by a unique cultural synthesis of Slavic roots and centuries of Ottoman-Muslim influence. The village offers a deep dive into Montenegro's agricultural heritage, surrounded by ancient olive groves, limestone hills, and dry-stone walls. The value in staying here is due to it sitting evenly between the Adriatic coastline and the massive freshwater expanse of Lake Skadar. Stari Bar (Old Bar Fortress) Must-See 2 - 3 hours A sprawling, uninhabited medieval city set in the mountains. Features incredibly preserved aqueducts, hammams, and palaces detailing the shifting empires of the Adriatic. Things to do (when not lazing in the pool) Lake Skadar Boat Tour (from Virpazar) Must-See / Tour 2 - 3 hours Navigating the lily-covered channels of the Balkans' largest lake. The tour includes Grmožur Island ("Montenegrin Alcatraz") and prime opportunities to spot Dalmatian pelicans. Old Olive Tree (Stara Maslina) Major Attraction 30 min Europe's oldest living olive tree, aged over 2,250 years. A quick but profoundly humbling botanical monument highlighting the region's ancient agricultural ties. Valdanos Bay & Olive Groves Off the Beaten Track 3 - 4 hours A former Yugoslav military retreat turned pristine pebble beach. Features 18,000 ancient olive trees, pirate history, and the ruins of abandoned military barracks.

Access to the pool isn't quite finished
