Disappointing
Spacious and good location .
Difficult check in , the apartment was dusty and dirty and the paint on several walls was peeling and swollen . When we arrived, we found bathroom towels placed in mop buckets and along the wall at the back entrance . Overall everything felt dirty .

Great unit for a larger group or if you’re tired of hotel rooms
We stayed here after about a week of travel and I was with my mother and grandma. It was a welcome change from a normal hotel. It was spacious, very clean and packed with small luxuries like a coffee machine, umbrellas, streaming services, etc. I was in a great area, close to the main train station, restaurants, and the river front. The host was also really responsive and helpful.
Nothing major, overall great experience. The only negative was entrance to the unit. The stairway and hallway was not the most welcoming.

Great place for a short stay in Frankfurt
The apartment is spacious, very clean, with temperature controlled floors. Great bathroom and shower, great location - 10min walk from central train station and walking distance to all the sightseeing.
The area around is a bit shady: we saw a car with smashed windows in front of the building when we got out one morning. Also the apartment is in the basement and has a back door in the living room: convenient for smokers and to bring out trash, but this back door is not well insulated, so it was kinda chilly in the living room.

Situación excelente!!!
El apartamento está bien situado cerca de la estación del tren, del río y de lugares de interés. El día de llegada tuvimos problema con el acceso al portal, debíamos timbrar y nos abrían a distancia pero falló, menos mal que llegó un residente y nos abrió la puerta, pues con lo que llovía... El apartamento está en un sótano al que no se puede acceder con el ascensor. Tuvimos que bajar dos tramos de escalera con las maletas. Esto debería estar incluido en la descripción del alojamiento, ya que no vale para personas con problemas de movilidad. El apartamento es cómodo, en la cocina había todo lo que pudieras necesitar y la calefacción funcionaba bien. Aparte del incidente de la entrada nuestra comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena.
Más que una crítica quiero sugerir unas mejoras: Hay poca iluminación, sobre todo en la cocina, junto a la mesa del comedor no veíamos para cenar y las sillas del comedor parecían que se iban a romper de un momento a otro, bailaban, necesitan una reparación o ser sustituidas. Lo demás, bien.
