Appartamento bello e grandissima disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario.

Il sistema di climatizzazione potrebbe essere migliorato. Il climatizzatore è probabilmente scarico e sottodimensionato alla dimensione dei locali da raffreddare. Un leggero aumento del prezzo associato ad un nuovo climatizzatore renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

the host Francesco and his family are great hosts, good contact and arrangement for the keys, help with finding the location (bit tricky since it's on the second floor with a separate roadside entrance), contact in italian and french. They were also really kind and helped us with luggage storage during the day as we had a tour of the Parasio area in Imperia and a late train out. The art made by the family is really beautiful and gives a very Italian flair of chic to the apartment. We really liked the mosquito netting over the bed, it was very helpful. The apartment was also very practically organized.

It would be appreciated if there was an information card with the WiFI details, perhaps there was but I missed it. Also, although it says 'free toiletries' on the listing we were unable to find any beyond toilet paper. We had to go buy hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc. which was a bit of a surprise. The bed nearest the kitchen area was however unsleepable - during the night my partner got annoyed by my snoring and tried sleeping in the kitchen bed, but the mattress had such a strong smell of mildew/mold that she was worried for her safety and returned to sleep with me snoring. I verified in the morning and indeed that mattress ought to be replaced. There is a lot of humidity in town and I can see how guests who fail to run the AC let the humidity of the apartment rise to a level where such things can happen, so for this reason I am not angry or dissatisfied but only hope Francesco & co will replace it with a new one soon. If this happens, I strongly recommend this apartment to everyone visiting Imperia.

The design of the apartment is very stylish and characteristic. Location is perfect. Apartment spacious, kitchen has everything necessary. And host is very friendly and helpful.

Smell of smoke it’s really stylish and authentic but needs a bit of deep clean. Really loud and active neighborhood at night time on July nights, anyway. Also some electric problems, when some neighbor was using her light switches in her apartment, it was turning lights in the bedroom bathroom in the middle of the night also.
